-In 2024 we will offer both Spring and Summer Youth Clinics through the Cape Elizabeth Rec Department for athletes entering grades 2-8. The first sessions of our spring clinics will start on May 4th. Sessions for 2-4th graders will be focused on the fundamentals of football with an emphasis on skills relevant to flag football. Our 5-8th grade sessions will focus on the fundamentals and rules of the 11 man game. No equipment is required for either camp.
