Cape Elizabeth Little League is excited to announce that Positive Coaching Alliance will be back at the CEHS cafeteria on Wednesday, November 14 from 6:30-8:00pm for Part 2 of the Coaches workshop.

Although this work shop has a baseball theme, the message is universal for coaching (present and future coaches) in all youth sports. Anyone currently coaching or who will be coaching will gain valuable knowledge in the clinic. All Cape Elizabeth Youth Sports Coaches are welcome.

In this 90 minute workshop, coaches will engage in interactive discussion about how positive coaching impacts athletes. The workshop provides deeper exploration of “Filling Emotional Tanks”, including a discussion of research that demonstrates how positive coaching improves performance and openness to life lessons.
